In the regular world, this is called the telephonic round. At Repos, we look at this as an opportunity for you to make the first impression.
If you have reached this stage, it means that you either applied to one of our open positions or we found you like a needle in a haystack. In any case, make this chance count!
It is our Talent Acquisition team’s job to get you familiar with what Repos is and what we stand for. We will get you briefed with our culture and values, and try our best to resolve all your doubts. Feel free to shoot any and all questions at us. The more you know, the better. In fact, we love curious people and encourage boundless curiosity.
What starts with a “Hello… Could you tell us a little about yourself?” ends with us knowing everything we need to know about you, including information about your current organization, past organization, estimated notice period, reasons for joining us, and some compensatory details. You know, the basics!

We, then, try to weigh up the qualities and qualifications you bring to the table against what we are looking for. In other words, we see if you complete our puzzle, and if yes, how well.
If it is a match, we ring you up to tell you the good news. Believe it or not, there is a mini celebration every time we find someone who is the right fit for Repos.
In case we don’t find you suitable for the role you applied for, you will hear from us regarding the same. It is never easy to say no but the stars sometimes just don’t align. But we believe in transparent communication.
That said, we don’t think rejections are stopping stones; they are stepping stones. Maybe you aren’t the right fit for this role but are perfect to handle some other responsibility.

We are a technology company, so the next round is as crucial for being at Repos as believing in the power of magic
If shortlisted, Repos rings you up for a second round of interaction. Things are a little different this time around. This is the technical interaction.
You will be coming face-to-face with your prospective department’s HOD who will assess you for your skills, knowledge, and overall intellect.
Sounds daunting?
Well, don’t fret! Our HODs are some of the most supportive leaders you will ever meet. If you really know everything you have mentioned in your portfolio, this round should be a cakewalk for you.
We also make things less boring than the typical technical rounds – using the Repos Way. (More on that later).
Your prospective HODs will also make you familiar with your definitive responsibilities as well as the key list of deliverables that someone in your role is responsible for, if and once onboarded. We call this the ‘30-60-90’ – which refers to the first few goals you will have for the first three months you will spend at Repos.

Often perceived as daunting, this is yet another stepping stone in your journey with Repos – whether it is brief or enduring will only be crystal after your interaction with one of our founders.
If you surpassed the previous rounds with flying colours, we will meet you again to see more of who you are and how you can contribute to our bigger journey. The good news is that this meeting will be completely unprejudiced.
Think of this as a fresh, unbiased window of opportunity. Needless to say, the impression you make here will be imperative, so heads up and posture taut!
Repos’ founders are incredibly involved in the day-to-day workings of all the teams. The chat with the founders is just so that they can know you as closely as the rest of the organization. You will discuss everything with them – from your passion to your portfolio. Not to mention your goals and where you see yourself in the future.
Goes without saying that the more clarity you have, the better!
The founders will also see how much you align with our vision. We are an organization that requires all hands on deck all the time. For this reason, it is incredibly important for us to have every person who joins us to be on the same page as us and share our vision.
There is a feedback system for every level – even the founder’s interaction. And if your feedback from the founders is yet another call for celebration, there’s no turning back. We will try our best to swoop you up.
Laying the red carpet in hopes of your joining
If you are ready to work with Repos, we are here for you with open arms. Once we have all the information on your joining availability, notice period, and monetary and non-monetary expectations, roll the drums till you hear from us about an offer.
If you accept the offer, we will make it official with an offer letter email. And that’s how you know you have been baptized to be a Reposian.
