Manish Gupta has been with Repos since it was nothing but an idea in Chetan Walunj and Aditi Bhosale Walunj’s head. Manish sir has been a mentor to the founders for years and now he will be mentor to everyone at Repos. He is the founder of Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, an entrepreneur, an adventurer, a TEDx & keynote speaker, a social contributor, a business consultant and so much more. Entrepreneurship has been in his family for generations starting with his grandfather. Manish Gupta’s grandfather started a tea stall, which his father developed into a sweet Shop, even today “Nanak sweets” is a household name in Uttarakhand. Manish Gupta came to Pune with dreams and his father’s business skills. He dabbles in various business ventures and some became a success, while others failed. With all the knowledge and experience he gained, Manish Gupta extended a helping hand to all entrepreneurs struggling to make a mark for themselves. His foundation “Chrysalis Business Solution” has a powerful purpose, to enable individuals and organizations reach a higher level of thinking, thereby giving a meaning to their existence.
Why Repos?
With 25 years of experience of being and training young entrepreneurs, Manish sir has worked with a lot of startups and companies. Ever since the beginning of Repos Manish Sir has admired the energy and the synergy the founders of Repos brought to the table. It was their selfless and relentless intent to do something larger than themselves that impressed him. When Cheaten Walunj was a young college student, with dreams of entrepreneurship, it was Manish sir’s guidance that fuelled his dreams. The same teachings were then transferred to Aditi Bhosale Walunj. Ever since then Manish sir has been a part of their lives. Now he is bringing the same energy to Repos.
Thoughts about Repos and the energy distribution sector of India.
Upon asking ‘Why Repos?’, he answers, “Energy is the backbone of all development, but the primitive nature of the energy distribution sector, cannot cater to its end customer’s needs.The age-old problem of theft, spillage, non transparent transactions, and dead mileage still plague the energy distribution sector. Repos have a solution for everyone’s problems, creating a smooth, hassle free system, to even the most remote end customer. It is making great use of technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and IOT to solve a big problem that will benefit the entire nation.”
