No refunds shall be issued for Subscription Fees already paid.
Refunds will be granted only in below cases if reported within 48 hours of such default;
Duplicate billing;
Excess deductions due to technical error;
Proven unauthorized or fraudulent transactions; or
If the Subscription Fee is deducted through Auto Payafter the expiry of your Subscription tenure, such amount shall be refunded to your registered Payment Method within7–10 business days, provided the deduction occurred outside the agreed lock-in period. If deductions occurduring the lock-in period, no refund shall be issued, as Subscription Fees for the lock-in tenure remain non-refundable and payable in full.
Refunds will not apply to voluntary cancellations or service suspensions unless specifically required by law.
