You may request to cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to prior approval from Repos with subject to the terms of Datum Subscription Agreement.
If cancellation is requestedbefore the expiry of the lock-in period, you shall remain liable to pay the Subscription Fees for the remaining lock-in tenure, and such charges will be deducted from your registered Payment Method or an invoice will be raised for which you will be liable to pay within seven (7) days from the date of such invoice.
Post the lock-in period, you may cancel without penalty, and Auto Pay deductions will be stopped from the next billing cycle.
