They are no new people, they are our own trendsetters and go-getters- Chetan and Aditi.
When the idea of Repos was conceived and they asked each other that what is the ultimate goal we want to achieve? Why should we even start Repos?
“The ultimate goal of Repos would always be to serve people. Be it making the energy distribution easier, aid someone in their businesses, or just pushing someone to think beyond just the box they are put in. Repos would always be there to provide help and lend a hand whenever required.” Chetan said with calm in his eyes and smile on his lips. “We never started Repos or consider it only as a source of monetary income. We still never think of Repos as a medium to earn monetary gains. Aditi and I really want to create something which gives or brings a positive change in people’s life.”
When we talk of Repos we sure see and hear the name of Mr. Ratan Tata a lot! More than everything I always see a humble body language and a child-like joy flash on Aditi’s and Chetan’s face. I couldn’t keep myself from asking them the value of Ratan Tata Sir in the journey of Repos on which they replied, “Having a mentor is very important. More than anything we admire Mr.Ratan Tata sir for his grateful attitude and a global vision. We learned to show gratitude towards everything in life from him. We have also tried to induce some of his values in our products and organization. We never would compromise on the safety, quality, and service for and by our team.
Having a mentor just makes your life easier. You’ll always have somewhere to look for answers.”
When asked about what are the two most important factors to build a successful business start-up, they answered,
“The first most important thing is to have a valuable and sustainable business module. If you have a great and self-sustaining business module, you have lesser worries. The second important factor is hiring the most suitable team and prioritizing them first. The team is the most important people to us, without them we cannot make RMPPs, sell them, market them, or in fact, you wouldn’t be reading this story if not for the team. When we talk of the team, we personally expect nothing from the team, we expect everything from us. We want to create and gift the best possible environment and equip the team with the required knowledge from us.”
“And there I was, amazed to watch the co-founders of Repos, who are changing lives and dreaming to change the world, humbly sharing a chutney sandwich!”
