We still remember the day when the very first Repos Mobile Petrol Pump was made. It was a phenomenal piece of engineering combining various fields of modern technology; a brand new creation seen never before!
It was an immensely joyous occasion for all of us to see our vision brought to fruition. Standing in front of us in all its glory, we knew that this creation was going to revolutionize the energy industry and make for a more sustainable world.
Although we were ecstatic about what we had accomplished, we knew that the road ahead would be a bumpy one. When exploring uncharted territories, challenges will undoubtedly arise.
A new path will inevitably have obstacles previously unknown to us. It’s part of the deal. Little did we know that there would be an avalanche of issues we’ll face, capable of burying us. One after another, our customers sought our help to solve their grievances. Any normal human being would collapse or burst with anxiety due to the magnitude of predicaments that we were facing.
In the face of such adversity, there were moments where we felt helpless & paralysed under pressure. But, our customer’s plight is our plight. And we needed to solve them no matter what.
During times like these, when it feels like all hope is lost, is when the saviours emerge! We still don’t know how we found these knights in shining armour and what we did to deserve them, but a bunch of magnificent individuals who we call the service engineering team today are the ones who liberated us and our customers from their pain.
A group of relentlessly positive people who are hell-bent on making sure that the frown on your face turns to a smile; that is what the service team is made of! Their sole purpose of existence at Repos is to serve and help you.
It would be an understatement to say that we’re lucky to have such dedicated individuals along with us on this journey who possess a level of resilience that no normal human being might have.
When you are in pain, they’re here to aid you. They understand that you come from a place of helplessness and not from an intention to complain or belittle anyone. It is only when the mind is confused, irritated or troubled that we lash out on others. Each service engineer recognizes that the partner might be in a similar state of mind and thus feel agitated.
In the end, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an unbreakable willingness to delight, the service engineers are the heroes who save the day!
