When their parents set them up for a romantic dinner date in 2015 for their future prospects, all Aditi and Chetan managed to talk about was enterprise, dreams and how world can be changed. This couple instantly clicked with similar aspirations and ideas. Their stars aligned and so did their plans.
Our Founders
Chetan developed the entrepreneurial spirits since his schooldays spending most of his vacations working in his father’s business. He was still in his 2nd year of mechanical engineering when he took over the reigns of the fuelling station that his family was operating. Since 2008 managing the fuelling station all by himself.
Chetan saw the usual business at fuel pumps which was plagued by chaos and inefficiencies. His enterprising spirit obligated him to come up with innovative ways of finding solutions to the persisting problems. Thus the seeds of ‘Repos’ were sown almost 10 years ago.
Aditi on the other hand has always held the belief that she was born to make a difference and belief that her life has a purpose. Her journey from being a student of chemistry, forensics and then keen interest in enterprises has always carried the undertones of trying to make a difference. Meeting Chetan in 2015 only strengthened her purpose.

This power couple being RElentless and POsitive(REPOS) in chasing their dreams and aspirations is what led to the birth of Repos.
Of course the journey so far wasn’t easy and hunky dory for them with lot of doubts and naysayers around them but these two were successful in building a team that shares their passion and believes in their dream. Today if anyone asks them about their priorities in business they say that their team, as the very first believers, is their first priority. One learning that these two like to reiterate again and again is that business is all about people and all for people, consequently they believe that their team is the biggest asset they have in business.
Chetan Walunj
Chetan Walunj and Aditi Bhosale-Walunj have decided to work in the field of Diesel management with a vision to make that difference. They wish to change how Diesel is distributed and managed in the country and in turn effect a change across industries and then see their solutions having impact around the world.
Whenever one reminds these two of the enormity of their dreams, they sheepishly smile and say “believe!”
